Watch this 2-minute video clip. In this interview, Jocelyn Benson, Michigan Secretary of State, says six battleground secretaries of state are "coordinating" to develop "common strategies" against "a common adversary."
By common adversary, Secretary Benson appears to be referring to the taxpayers who fund her salary. Is she targeting those who oppose her use of partisan tactics to undermine the integrity of the state's elections? Is she unaware that this nation is a republic, not a democracy? Did she not know that the Founding Fathers were deathly opposed to a democracy, warning that it would inevitably descend into "mobocracy"?
Call to Action
Contact your legislators and congressional representatives. Let them know that the secretary of state's priority should be to administer fair and unbiased elections. Anything less is an abuse of power and negligence of duty.
Please donate to Michigan Fair Elections.
